Presenter: Anne Morgan and Valerie Sherman
Webinar Description: Every job description in fundraising starts out: Must Be A Self-Starter. Self-starting doesn’t have to be a talent; it is a skill that can be learned and developed. Gift planners often have multiple responsibilities of managing their own portfolios of prospective donors, coaching others and adding marketing planned gifts into the mix. Creating flexible structure to our work helps build success and avoid burnout. Creating a framework for others allows us to amplify our own work at our organization. The presenters will share tools, tips and systems that will help any gift planner, new or seasoned, create order out of chaos.
