Credit card charges from renewing your membership(s) appear on your statement as CGP 3172696274. This is the shortened version of our full name, National Association of Charitable Gift Planners, and our phone number so anyone with questions regarding the charge can call. If you see this on your statement, please know this is your renewal payment made by you, the member, or someone within the organization. Often times membership(s) are processed through accounting departments that aren’t aware of what/who the membership(s) are for and may question the charge when they are approving expenses. Please share this information with your accounting department if that is the case.
