Unequivocally Human: Experimentations in Benefactor-Centric Marketing Response
Presented by: Brett Conrad
Congratulations! Your organization's recent marketing efforts have generated multiple leads, ranging from warm prospects to first-time inquirers. It's up to you to engage these people and move the conversation forward. How do you proceed? Over the two and a half years, Mayo Clinic's Office of Gift Planning has been experimenting with benefactor-centric marketing response behaviors to create deeper relationships with prospective donors. In this session, you'll learn to leverage self-awareness, common sense and "The Golden Rule" to analyze planned giving marketing response and maximize the quality and quantity of prospective lead generation.
