From Reactive to Proactive - the Evolution of a Gift Planning Program

Is your organization considering a greater investment in Gift Planning? This session will detail the strategic transition of a small, reactive, referral-based office to a larger, portfolio-based, proactive gift planning program. We will share the opportunities and obstacles we encountered along the way, and perhaps most importantly, how thoughtful strategic planning allowed us to project return on investment and gain leadership support.
