Webinar Description: Attracting, recruiting, and retaining gift planning professionals is one of the most important elements in establishing and building a successful gift planning program. It can be a daunting process for small organizations just starting out and a challenge for well-established programs to retain the most talented and productive fundraisers. How can you ensure attracting candidates with diverse perspectives that can elevate your organization’s fundraising culture? This session will focus on key steps when recruiting staff, the critical metrics and expectations for retaining talent, and strategies for nurturing fundraising staff. Practical tips and tools will be shared based on the speaker’s three decades in gift planning: building, managing and nurturing gift planning programs. This session will be valuable for both attendees seeking to start or expand their gift planning program and those wishing to expand their own professional development.
