Indianapolis, IN -- The Partnership for Philanthropic Planning (PPP), the leading, professional organization representing fundraisers, estate and financial planers, trust officers, and other professional philanthropic planners, has hired Mollie Toland as the new Director of Membership.

Mollie is charged with managing and implementing programs that create meaningful experiences for PPP members. She will serve as liaison to council leaders to provide technical and governance support and build relationships with existing councils.

"I am looking forward to building relationships with PPP members and councils and meeting those who join us for the National Conference on Philanthropic Planning, NCPP 2015."

Mollie joins PPP from Young Survival Coalition (YSC). YSC is the premier global organization dedicated to the critical issues unique to young women who are diagnosed with breast cancer. YSC offers resources, connections and outreach so women feel supported, empowered and hopeful. For three years, Mollie served as the Midwest Regional Field Manager, overseeing YSC operations in eleven states.

Prior to joining YSC, Mollie served as the Volunteer Partnership Coordinator for Girls Inc. of Greater Indianapolis. She graduated with her Master of Arts Degree in Philanthropic Studies in 2012 from the IU Lilly School of Philanthropy. Mollie has lived in Indianapolis for ten years and is currently enjoying her life as a new mom to her daughter.

PPP’s efforts to promote meaningful charitable giving include advocacy of legislation and regulation supporting charitable planning, educational services for planners, and partnership with professional organizations that represent both nonprofit and for-profit planners. PPP has over 100 councils and chapters throughout the United States.
