Elisabeth Rhodes Joins the National Association of Charitable Gift Planners as Director of Programs

Indianapolis, IN -- The National Association of Charitable Gift Planners (CGP) welcomes Elisabeth Rhodes as the Director of Programs. Elisabeth will oversee the strategic direction, development, and management of the organization's educational and professional development initiatives.
As the Director of Programs, Elisabeth will collaborate with the CGP Team and volunteer leaders to coordinate and develop programming and education to advance opportunities for the philanthropic community.
Elisabeth joins CGP from the Morgridge Family Foundation where she served as Strategic Change and Evaluation Specialist. With a background in research and strategic development, her experience with non-profit organizations and curriculum development will contribute to the growth and innovation for education curriculum and program development.

Elisabeth brings over ten years of experience in design, evaluation, and program management. She specializes in supporting mission-driven organizations to develop program operations and build impact. Elisabeth has worked across disciplines including child welfare, conservation, and K-12 education.
Elisabeth holds a BA in Biology and Sociology from DePauw University and a MS Biology from North Dakota State University. Her training in interdisciplinary research has led to a career in building research and evaluation programs across state agencies and nonprofit organizations.
