As Congressional leaders are engaged in negotiations over President Biden’s infrastructure package, the Administration’s fiscal year 2022 budget request is making the rounds on Capitol Hill.  This budget blueprint, along with some other legislative proposals, will serve as the starting point for discussions on major changes to how wealthy Americans are taxed, including the possible taxation of split-interest trusts, among many other provisions.  Join CGP on Thursday, June 24, at 1 p.m. ET for its June Advocacy Update to learn about these and other developments in Congress.
