Helping business owners navigate a sale is about more than taxes – it is about preserving what they’ve built and aligning outcomes with values.
This program explores the intersection of business sales, tax planning, and philanthropy, with a focus on strategies that can significantly reduce the tax burden at exit while creating opportunities for long‑term charitable impact. We will examine different business entities and highlight proven, tax‑advantaged planning tools, including Donor Advised Funds, Supporting Organizations, Charitable Trusts, Pooled Income Funds, and Charitable Stock Bailouts.
Join us to gain practical insight into how these approaches work and how fundraisers and advisors can collaboratively support business owners in preserving more of their hard‑earned proceeds while advancing philanthropic goals.
