What are Donors Telling Us?

Presenter: Ron Schiller

Smart gift planners invite donors to voice their own philanthropic objectives, because they know that the offer of an idea conveys an offer to fund it. But that offer won’t materialize until donors have confidence in your organization as a partner. If you’ve been having trouble moving beyond the basic “ask” and toward the partnership, Ron Schiller shows you how to see the relationship from the donor’s point of view.

What you'll learn:
•    How to reinforce the four things donors must believe before they will engage deeply with your organization.
•    How to discern a donor's ideas and objectives and align them with the organization's mission and needs.
•    How to create exciting partnerships with and among your donors.
