Title: Planned Gift Case Study: Analyzing Problems, Spotting Opportunities
Presenters: Pamela Jones Davidson, Davidson Gift Design
Date: December 13, 2022
Time: 1:00 to 2:00 p.m. EST
An older couple with an appreciated Midwest farm and five children are thinking about selling to the county for a new park. Are any charitable options possible before documents are signed? And what would be left for their children if they give the land away? In this webinar, we’ll analyze the case from the perspective of an extended "family" of advisors and learn how the story ended. You'll be able to add these donors to your own experience bank so you can be prepared to analyze problems and spot opportunities when your own challenging case presents itself.
