Webinar Description: Many believe that successful fundraising outcomes depend on a wealthy prospect base, charisma, or just plain luck, but in reality the key to fundraising success lies in the preparation leading up to a transformational ask. This session focuses on how planned giving officers can set the table for successful planned giving asks by first looking inside themselves to focus their discipline in their work, then taking the necessary steps to prepare for a donor visit. With reference to the National Standards of Gift Planning Success, we will focus on integrating gift planning into the donor experience, embracing discipline and accountability for data management and providing ethical and timely information to maximize the donor’s charitable impact and personal benefit.
