This presentation highlights best practices of donor relations programs across the country. Research on donor relations programs at leading healthcare institutions will be presented and National Jewish Health in Denver, CO will be used as a case study. Participants will learn that donor relations is much more than acknowledgements and stewardship, and how to build a successful program that leads to more gifts.
