Webinar Description: There are an estimated six million people over the age of 65 years old who are showing signs of cognitive impairment. This population often constitutes a significant portion of an organization's donor base, but does your fundraising staff know what to do when they suspect that a donor is suffering from issues related to cognitive impairment? This case study will help attendees identify some of the most common issues that arise when cognitive impairment is suspected in a donor as well as how to apply best practices to this situation so that your organization is prepared for this inevitable scenario.
