The National Association of Charitable Gift Planners is seeking presenters from gift planning programs that are succeeding by these standards.

Growing: More people making more meaningful commitments leading to more gift income. Behind the scenes, staff and managers know how much income comes from planned gifts.

Pipeline-focused: New people continually engaged; existing donors cultivated for lifetime giving. Behind the scenes, staff knows what’s in the pipeline.

Sustained over time: Donors have a consistent experience with the organization. Behind the scenes, management values gift planning and invests in it for the long term and staff turnover is low.

If you can point to success in any (or all!) of these areas, we invite you to teach others how to follow your example. Your proposal will be considered for CGP Conference 2021 in Orlando AND online, and also for national webinars in 2021 and 2022.

Connecting to the National Standards for Gift Planning Success

All of the training you receive from CGP reflects the best practices detailed in the National Standards for Gift Planning Success. NSGPS is a framework for successful gift planning programs in all types of charitable organizations. Click here to read all the standards. When you propose a session for presentation on our platforms, you will be asked to specify the standard(s) you are teaching. To see examples of session topics connected to the standards, click Start A Proposal button below to visit the Call for Presentations.

If you are chosen to speak:  Some sessions chosen through this Call for Presentations will be presented as national webinars beyond the dates of the CGP Conference. However, all presenters chosen through this Call for Presentations will receive complimentary registration to the conference.
